We’ve all scored 0/10. Sometimes you’re having a horrible day, but sometimes the opponent is too good. When you’re ready to kill your laner or put a ward down, the jungler is always there. Then you can’t stop the deaths. You wonder whether you can win. What happened? Was I wrong?

Minimap
Many people don’t use minimaps enough. You’ll improve if you glance at the minimap more. Sometimes you can’t pan across the map to view top or mid, but the minimap can. The jungler may temporarily emerge from the fog of battle. You can tell your teammates fast, and they can adjust their play. Information may make or break a game. If you’re new to the game, looking down so rapidly and frequently may be challenging, but you’ll get used to it. You can sometimes discern what’s going between two champions simply on their minimap symbols.
You may alter the minimap’s size in settings. You can zoom out to see more of your lane. You decide how you perceive things, however. If you’re worried about lane and minimap visibility, make it smaller.
Underestimate the Enemy
We often assume we’ll dominate lanes or that our opponent is worse. That’s a dangerous mindset. You’re prone to errors and risks. You’ve improved their odds.
This game is about advantages. If you constantly have the edge or play too aggressively, your faults are simpler to exploit. The opposition laner may entice you into pushing or diving. A jungler or laner might kill you. One error might cost you the lane. Never underestimate your opponent, but don’t overestimate them either. Don’t let them lane-bully you. You must trade effectively or maximize the lane. Ask other laners for aid if you’re losing lane.
Know the Competition
Don’t lane blindly. You must know your team’s victory condition and role. Maokai top is the tanky spearhead for your soft backline. Farm and build to become tanky. If you’re a split pusher or bruiser, win lane and carry it to others. Also consider your lane. Do they play like Ornn? Should you play safer since they’re Fizz or Tryndamere? Consider playing safer if the jungler is camping you to counter ganks and waste the enemy’s time. You can win by making their jungler useless.
Count
When players are too aggressive, they perish. When entering a ward or region without eyesight, be aware of your surroundings and potential enemies. If your squad isn’t around, don’t travel far or ask them to come. Don’t allow the enemies to outnumber you. Punish the adversary for pushing too far if you attempt to catch them. Game-changing. Is that forest too far out and alone? Kill them to help your squad capture Baron Nashor.
Adaptive construction
Damage is essential, but so is defense. Sometimes you must play defense to win. Against a Syndra who ults you every team battle, develop Zhonya’s Hourglass or Guardian Angel. It gives your team time to peel and gives you another opportunity to win a battle. Carry might consider Quicksilver Sash to escape Morderkaiser’s ultimate.
Is It Really Worth It?
Would your team lose a goal if you died? First, think. Sometimes you must play without thinking. Thinking about your moves improves your victory rate and reduces deaths. Don’t die needlessly. If captured, squander opponent Summoner Spells, ultimate, or time. Risk wisely!
Everybody eats and makes errors. Sometimes you can’t help it. Even the professional’s feed isn’t infallible. Take a look at the League of Legends vs Smite comparison and decide for yourself which game you like best.
