Is it not enough for your microSD card? Here are a few simple techniques to free up storage space.

You fill up whatever space you’re allocated, whether it’s 32GB or 200GB, regardless of whether your Android phone has expanded storage through a microSD card. Here are some simple ways to free up space on your Android handset, including both internal and microSD storage.

Do you have an iPhone? Here are some suggestions for freeing up space on your iOS smartphone.

After Following this Article, you free up space in your phone, as well as you can increase memory on your device. memory means your Ram Size. yes, it is true.

Empty the cache

Many Android apps use stored — or cached — data to provide you with a better user experience. While cached data (including mobile data) can save time, files saved in-app caches are convenient and unnecessary. The app cache is your initial point of view to clear up space immediately on your phone.

Go to Application Manager and tap the App to erase cached data. Settings > Applications > Application Manager Go to the application details menu, choose Storage, and tap Erase Cache to clear the cache of the app.

To erase cached data from all apps, click to Settings > Storage and press Cached data to clear all of your phone’s caches.

Delete all downloaded files

Everything you download — photographs, movies, documents, and other things — is saved in a downloads folder on your Android phone. It is not likely to be extremely vital for you to most of the items in your download folder. (I have a lot of photographs of Pizza Hut’s Ultimate Hershey’s Chocolate Chip Cookies in my downloads folder for some reason.). So you should be able to clear some disk space by removing these worthless files.

You may find your download folder, which could be labeled My Files, in your app drawer. Tap, hold down, and then tap on the trash can icon, remove, or delete button to delete a file.

Use Google Photos to your advantage

What’s more, guess what? You can back up an infinite amount of photographs with Google Photos. To put it another way, you can instantly back up every photo you take with your Android phone to Google Photos, and it won’t take up any of your Google Drive space. You can remove your images from your device once they’ve been backed up to free up space.

To take advantage of all of this free cloud storage space, you’ll need to enable Google Photos’ Back up & sync option. To do so, launch the Google Photos app and navigate to Settings > Back up & sync, then enable it.

You have the option of backing up your images in “high quality” resolution (up to 16 megapixels) or at their original size. Google Photographs only allows you to save “high quality” photos indefinitely, and any photos saved in their original size will count against your Google Drive storage limit.

After you’ve backed up your images with Google Photos, go to Settings > Free up device storage, and Google Photos will erase any backed-up photos and videos.

MicroSD card transfer applications

Apps are likely to take up the majority of your phone’s storage capacity. If you have an Android phone that can add the additional storage using a microSD card. Some of your storage-hogging apps could be moved to it.

You can search the Application Manager for Settings > Apartments > and touch on the application you want to move in.

If the application is deleted, the button Move to SD shows up. To transfer the application to the microSD card, click this button. (On certain phones, you can get this option by tapping Storage.) The MicroSD card will only receive a fraction of the application. Data moved to depend on the software and unhappily, a large part of their data does not pass to the microSD card in many important games. Put apps in the trash

If you’ve tried all of these suggestions and still need more space. There’s no way around it: you’ll have to start eliminating some items. You most likely have one (or more) apps on your device that you never use.

Open Settings and navigate to Storage > Apps to see which apps are using up the most space. You’ll see a list of programs organized by size, with the largest apps appearing first.

Tap an app you don’t use, then tap the I icon next to the app’s name to delete it.

To get rid of the app, tap uninstall.
