Every year, I publish a list of the top 10 world’s best airlines for flying First Class on my travel blog. Unfortunately, First Class is becoming extinct as more airlines abandon their most opulent cabin in favor of a more modern and competitive Business Class. First Class is now only available on a few ‘high-yield’. This route with a lot of business traffic and enough individuals ready to pay for it (e.g. New York to London). First Class is noted for its superior ground service (including limo transfers and dedicated lounges). Lie-flat seats (with quality bedding), individualized onboard service, and outstanding dining service, among other things. (served with fine champagne and caviar). do you like to travel by private jet? do you want to? – Luxurious Private Jet Trips Taking You Around the World

10. JAPAN AIRLINES
Passengers in Japan Airlines’ First Class can enjoy all of the warmth and graciousness for which the country is known. The semi-enclosed room onboard the airline’s Boeing 777-300ER aircraft has a hardwood interior with neatly placed furnishings in subtle tones, giving it the feel of an at-home library. The console has everything, including a storage compartment, an inflight entertainment controller, a laptop charging brick, and a 23-inch personal entertainment screen. Passengers sleep soundly on airweave bedding, which helps them to drift off to dreamland. Far and away the most opulent of its type, Japan Airline’s First Class dining sets the bar high with delectable meals. That includes both Western and Japanese cuisine.

08. LUFTHANSA
The majority of Lufthansa’s long-haul aircraft include eight large, individually adjustable First Class seats. The seat’s independently adjustable backrest and footrest, as well as the moveable ottoman. These are providing the most comfort when you want to sit back and relax. A flight attendant will convert your seat into a super-comfy bed with a mattress topper and temperature-regulating duvet if you request it. Despite the availability of newer and more aesthetically appealing First Class products, Lufthansa’s First Class remains one of the most sought-after experiences in the sky, owing to its impeccable service, delectable cuisine, incredibly comfortable sleep, and superb First Class lounges

05. AIR FRANCE
Onboard Air France’s long-haul Boeing 777-300ER fleet, the La Première cabin has just one row of four private suites in a 1-2-1 configuration. Each “haute couture” suite is draped in thick drapes with leather tiebacks, allowing the passenger to choose whether or not to be completely isolated. The suite has a seat that reclines into a bed that is 2 meters (6.5 feet) long and 77 centimeters (30 inches) wide, making it one of the largest mattresses in the sky. An ottoman next to the seat can be changed into an extra seat, allowing the passenger to invite a companion for supper or just a chat. In addition, each First Class guest has their own 24-inch HD touch screen.

04. ETIHAD AIRWAYS
Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi, outperformed all competitors in 2014 by introducing the ‘First Apartments’ concept onboard its (limited fleet of) Airbus A380 superjumbos, which took luxury to new heights and went beyond First Class. The First Apartment features a wide leather recliner and a separate bed of 208 cm, so it’s more than simply a seat (6 feet and 10 inches). After closing the privacy doors, there is even room to move around. Six of the First Apartments are interconnected, making them ideal for couples traveling together. Alternatively, you may invite a First Class travel companion to join you in your apartment for a meal or a meeting. Before landing, passengers can freshen themselves in the bathroom with an exhilarating shower and exclusive amenities.

03. CATHAY PACIFIC
Cathay Pacific extended the elegant, contemporary decor into its First Class after a magnificent remodeling of its First Class Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. The exterior of the First Class Suite is made of dark, high-gloss material, while the interior of the seat and the side console is made of natural leather with discreet linings and stitching for a clean, elegant, and classy appearance. Most of the suite’s interior surfaces are covered in warm-toned genuine leather providing a comfortable, rich feel. The seat converts to a fully flat bed with ease, and the bedding includes high-quality textiles for the duvets, pillows, cushions, and mattress to provide a restful night’s sleep. 02. EMIRATES
On Emirates’ Boeing 777 aircraft, the airline’s most spectacular First Class product can be found. Emirates’ B777 suites elevate luxury and privacy to new heights with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and elegant design elements inspired by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The smooth leather seat reclines to a totally flatbed and can be set to a ‘zero-gravity position, which gives the sensation of weightlessness and relaxation. Emirates installed the industry’s first virtual windows for suites in the middle aisle to ensure that all First Class passengers get a view. Using real-time camera technology, these virtual windows project the view from outside the airplane. The suites also have a service window so guests may order drinks and canapes without disturbing the other guests.
